I wanted to take this opportunity to talk to you about a movie that we have been ignoring on CHUD.com, The Fountain. Regular readers of this site probably have no idea that it’s the new film from Darren Aronofsky, and that it opens next Wednesday.
OK, so maybe I have mentioned it once or twice on this site. And I may have called it the best film of the year. And maybe I said that it’s one of the best films I have seen in a decade. But that’s just all because it’s true – The Fountain is a touching love story and a scifi head trip all in one package.
Over the next few days Russ and I will be running our interviews with Aronofsky and stars Rachel Weisz and Hugh Jackman, and I want to kick off a week of The Fountain fun with a terrific giveaway. These prizes are pretty incredible, by the way. We’re giving away:
