AllsoulsdayDVDNothing says ENTER HERE better than a dusty truckload of Zombies. In fact they’re popping up all over the place in the recent DVD of All Souls Day (but if you want instant gratification, purchase it through CHUD here). Since we all know that the origins of Commemoratio omnium fidelium defunctorum (roughly translated as dead penile slayer) have their roots firmly in Pagan traditions, what better way to fire up your own heathen fingers than entering CHUD’s own contest for this foray into the gory world of Zombies with Jeffrey Combs, David Keith, Laura Harring, Ellie Cornell, and Nichole Hiltz.

But what about the film? Well Dr. Asksalot, as luck should have it: “in 1892, Vargas Diaz, a murderous greedy villain, looted an Aztec tomb belonging to the goddess of death located in the town of Santa Bonita, Mexico. The many that died at Diaz’s hands cannot rest and continually demand human sacrifices. A young couple, Joss and Alicia, are unfortunate enough to get stranded there and discover the town’s secret history. The only way to save themselves and let the dead rest lies with Diaz himself, but there’s no earthly way he could still be living today…” Right? There’s no possible way.

What you should immediately do in order to get your greasy digits on the DVD of the film is answer these simple questions. However – caveat emptor, pal – entries MUST have the subject heading ALL SOULS DAY DVD. All entries without it will be rounded up, placed in whatever CIA Cold War holding bin available nearby and promptly deleted. I’m gearing up for only 45% of you complying with this edict. Prove me wrong, kelpies!

The questions are as follows –

Numero UnoIf, Hades forbid, you stumbled onto such a town, what method of madness would you use when teaming up with David “Not Keith David” Keith to combat a diseased populous lead by TREJO™? Sticks? Stones? Large testicles? Anything is at play, so be creative.

Numero DosSearch and destroy our CHUD DVD Review Archives (click here) or CHUD Review Archives (click here) and send me the link to one of your favorite captions from any of the Zombie films we’ve covered. Remember, Zombie films. The children from Chronicles of Narnia don’t count.

You’ll also want to make sure to include your NAME and MAILING ADDRESS. If those two aren’t included – into the delete bin of doom you go. You get ONE CHANCE to do this, so make it worthwhile. Happy fun times of rotting bodies and mighty Trejos are at stake!

Make sure to send your entries to chud.special.edition@gmail.com with ALL SOULS DAY DVD in the title. Winners will be contacted shortly after the contest ends.

Good luck!
