Maybe don’t judge this one by the poster.

It’s Kind Of A Funny Story is the new film from Half Nelson
writer/director/producers Ryan Fleck and Anna Boden. Based on the book
by Ned Vizzini, it tells the story of a depressed kid who gets checked
into a mental ward with adult patients, including Zach Galafianakis’
character. It’s a story about coming to terms with irrational
depressions and inexplicable emotional troubles we all find ourselves
having to face every day. It’s also pretty funny.

I saw this last week and I can say that at the very least, this is a film that shows Galafianakis has more than his Hangover schtick to back up his success.

is happy to bring the fine citizens of Atlanta, Nashville, and
Charlotte a screening of the film, for which you can receive passes with
a few simple steps– click on the email links below, and answer the

result in baffled head shaking.

3) Did you include your name and address up above?

4) Have you seen Galafianakis’ Live At The Purple Onion? Did you dig it?
