Michael Ausiello reports that Robert Englund will be making a guest appearance in the Halloween episode of Chuck titled, Chuck vs. Aisle of Terror. Englund will play Dr. Stanley Wheelwright, an evil scientist who can make your waking life a nightmare. Englund joins a lengthening list of notable guest stars for the show, including Linda Hamilton, Timothy Dalton, Eric Roberts, Lou Ferrigno, Olivia Munn, Nicole Richie, Old Spice Guy, and Dolph Lundgren.
Englund, who’s never at a loss for work, has been doing a bit more TV lately, including a guest stint on Bones, Fear Clinic (with former Jason, Kane Hodder, and former Freddy nemesis, Lisa Wilcox), and voicing the Vulture on the recent The Spectacular Spider-Man. He has a half dozen or so other projects lined up, including The Mole Man of Belmont Avenue, Inkubus and The Gathering. Personally, I’m still waiting for his appearance as a mild-mannered Visitor on V.
