IFC has just sent over an exclusive clip from Red Riding 1974, the first installment of the Red Riding trilogy. They’ve also managed to give us one of the most powerful parts of the film.
Some background info- Eddie Dunford (Andrew Garfield) is a reporter who has just covered a child’s murder, and is trying to tie it into a few other disappearances that have happened in the same location over the last few years. He thinks there’s a serial killer on the loose and wants to see if he can pump one of the mothers for information. We join him just as he’s knocked on her door.
