Seems as if the next evolution of the Vampire Renaissance in which we currently find ourselves is (thankfully) gearing more toward the future rather than the tweens.  With Daybreakers still yet to…well, break day, word is out that Thor writers Ashley Edward Miller and Zack Stentz have come aboard Damn Nation for Dark Horse and Paramount.  Project, based on a comic written by Andrew Cosby
and art by Jason Alexander, is set in a U.S. evacuated after an attack from “inhuman nocturnal
predators,” the comic tells the tale of the survivors after the
government has been forced to relocate to London while scientists
search for a solution.

Miller and Stentz are also writers on TV’s Fringe and recently Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.  Dark Horse Entertainment’s Mike Richardson and Keith Goldberg are
producing with Michael
Aguilar and Dean Georgaris.
