If you’ve been as glued to Left 4 Dead 2 as the rest of us, you’ve grown really fond of the Dark Carnival campaign. Besides pied piper clowns, rollercoaster track sprints, and the enigmatic Moustachio, it has one of the best finale moments in the game. The fairgrounds stadium rescue features music from the Midnight Riders, a grizzled southern rock band with the best pyrotechnics in the biz. Valve recently registered www.midnight-riders.com, which teases the following image:
The fat guy on the left is definitely the bass player. The implications here seem pretty obvious, but we’ll leave it up to you to decide what this means. Discuss the possibility of a reunion tour on our messageboard.
