The remake of Red Dawn is shooting right now in downtown Detroit and a local spy, code named ‘My Brother Derek Who Just Moved To Michigan,’ snapped some pics from the set. There have been a lot of Red Dawn spy photos hitting the web, so I don’t know if this is actually news, but I thought it was cool – a look at the new American flag, post-Chinese invasion. The Chinese didn’t seem to spend much time on the design concept, opting to just slap a red star over the familiar symbol of America:
