While the Russians are of course heavily involved in the invasion, the pictures and videos on the site make the takeover seem to be mostly Chinese. Wasn’t China an ally to America in the original Red Dawn? How times have changed. Then again, their sheer numbers make the now-silly concept of the original film somewhat more believable, I guess.
Chris Hemsworth (Star Trek) and Josh Peck (The Wackness) star as the two brothers that start up the resistance to the reds. The film is shooting right now in Michigan and is set for a release date of September 24th, 2010. Get ready for the revolution!
