Last night I was all tucked in, and ready to fall asleep, and what happens? I spend about 4 hours tossing and turning, and even sweating in my bed. Mind you, the air conditioner was on, so I couldn’t believe that I was sweating.

The thing is, I usually can tell when it’s going to be a restless night for me. I’ll take some Tylenol PM and it knocks me right out. The night before I had gotten plenty of sleep, and last night I got a grand total of about 3 hours of sleep. Not a good thing since I had to get up really early to go to work. Luckily I loaded myself up with sugar this morning, and I was able to survive the day. When I got home, I ended up falling asleep for about 30 minutes while I was watching Tigerland. It wasn’t 30 minutes all together, it was more like in and out of sleep.

I hate it when I can’t fall asleep within about 15 minutes. Especially when I have work the next day. Obviously I’m not the only one, no one wants to go to work on a little bit of sleep, and have everything being like a perpetual haze and be in a dreamlike state. Unless they really want to make work interesting for themselves.
