where the show started to find its comfort area. Tim gets resurrected from the grave and we get more Steve Brule. Sure, there’s no sweet berry wine or Salame to save this season. Obsessed is a modern-day blaxploitation flick. Taking the whole of an African-American relationship and boiling it down to primal jealousies of the white other. Sure, a lot of guys would probably cheat on their wives with Ali Larter. But, the movie wears the race card on its sleeve. What is that supposed to do? Tantalize and excite? It’s garbage, but entertaining garbage.
