Matthew Vaughn’s adaptation of Mark Millar’s hyper-violent comic book Kick Ass is all finished filming, and the publicity campaign is starting to ramp up. We’ve seen photos of some of the other characters, including lead Aaron Johnson and former McLovin Christopher Mintz-Plasse. Now Empire has a look at Hit Girl, the daughter of bad guy Big Daddy (played by Nic Cage). She apparently kills 20 people in one scene. My understanding of the comic was that it was a hardcore realistic look at what would happen if people put on costumes to fight crime; my understanding was obviously way the fuck off.
The girl is Chloe Moretz, who is much less deadly in the frighteningly overhyped 500 Days of Summer.
