Dury, who was a key figure in the punk movement of the 1970s,
enjoyed chart success with songs such as “Hit Me With Your Rhythm
Stick.” He died ten years ago from cancer.
Toby Kebbell (RocknRolla) has signed on to the cast of Disney’s The Sorcerer’s Apprentice opposite Nicolas Cage, Jay Baruchel, Alfred Molina and Teresa Palmer. Kebbell will play Drake Stone. The Jerry Bruckheimer production, currently lensing in New York City, is based on the popular “Sorcerer’s Apprentice” segment in Disney’s animated classic Fantasia. Story revolves around a college student who is recruited to work reluctantly for a sorcerer and given a crash course in magic to help him battle dark forces in Manhattan.

Turns out former Illinois governor, Rod Blagojevich, won’t be appearing in the latest I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here, which will be shot in Costa Rica this summer. This is due to a federal judge in Chicago refusing to ease restrictions on his travel pending his trial on 16 federal counts of corruption regarding allegations of attempting to profit from selling President Obama’s former Senate seat.
