I’ve seen The Brothers Bloom twice now, and both times I’ve found it completely delightful; Rian Johnson’s follow-up to Brick is nothing like his first film except in terms of being a damn good movie. This time he’s gone lighter, with a globe trotting con man tale that is funny and has plenty of heart. You can check out my original review here.
Bloom is finally coming out on May 15th, and now there’s a new trailer with which Summit hopes to sell you. I think this trailer’s pretty good in that it captures much of the tone and spirit of the movie, even if it does come across as slightly more manic and whimsical than the actual film.
