So in my last 2 blogs I’ve written about movies that are unbelievable boring. Although I keep myself watching them. One would wonder “why?” Why would this person continue ripping his mind apart by watching this crap?
My answer is that no matter how boring it is, I must finish watching whatever movie I’m seeing. It’s not so much for bragging rights that I have a steel will and sat through it unfazed. Sometimes I’m not even watching it 100% I’m posting on the CHUD message boards or surfing the internet while the tv is on to my left and I occasionally glance at it. Although there have been other movies like CHUD II: Bud The Chud that I’ve sat through 100% and wished that I really didn’t. The original CHUD didn’t deserve something like this to tarnish it’s reputation.
I know I’m probably not the only one that does this, but I just could never see myself either purchasing/renting a movie and then turning it off a bit of a ways through. It could merely start out boring and then pick up later. I wouldn’t know that if I just turned it off. Some movies may take most of the running time to finally pick up some steam, but by then it’d be too late. It would just facilitate it’s status as a one of those movies not worth watching except for the end.
