Well, maybe you do have glaucoma, but in this case it’s not your fucked up eyes but rather the final poster for Paramount’s big Star Trek reboot. Final? Yeah, right. I have no doubt that a more traditional floating heads poster will appear in theaters in the next month. At least I hope it does; while I’m always championing interesting and daring poster art I don’t think this is either of those two things. It’s ugly and weird and I couldn’t tell you what the hell it’s selling, or to whom.
Still, props to Paramount for not going obvious. Even if I hate what they did go with.
