Greg Mottola’s Adventureland is a really good coming of age movie with some excellent comic performances and an amazing soundtrack. (Any movie that opens and closes with Replacements songs is OK in my book.) I enjoyed it enough last week that I tried to catch it a second time a couple days ago, so I envy other people who also get to see it early.
And tonight, The Brattle Theatre in Cambridge, MA, wants you to see it, for free! Seating is first-come, first-served, and the place isn’t huge, so get there a little early if you’re able. Doors for the 7:30 screening open at 7pm sharp. If you’re a Brattle member, you can get in at 6:30.
