The NYCC is hitting the Jacob Javits Center again this weekend, for the fourth year in a row. The Con’s been steadily building up and getting bigger and bigger- attracting lots of the big studios, as well as important comic creators and videogame publishers.

Besides all the movie footage you’re going to be able to see (Watchmen, Terminator Salvation, 50 minutes of Pixar’s UP, as well as a screening of Yatterman, the new Miike film!), videogames are actually taking a much bigger role in this Con than ever before- the gaming presence is 50% larger than last year, with tons of playable versions of some of the more anticipated games coming up this year.

I’m going to be there to get the full scoop of what’s coming your way. If you can’t make it there yourself and want to stay up on the proceedings follow my tweets at twitter.com/alexriviello. I will also of course have full reports after it’s all done and my mind can bounce back a bit.

Check the official site for all the going-on, but here’s a small guide to some of the coolest stuff you’ll be able to see, and play.
