I just finished up eating one of the big box meals from KFC. It contains one chicken strip, a leg, popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, and coleslaw. It was a damn fine meal.
I’ve always loved KFC ever since I was kid. It’s my favorite of the chicken chains mostly for the original recipe taste. I know that eating the chicken skin is bad, but damn if I don’t love eating it from KFC. I don’t do this with any other joint, because they don’t have that unique taste that original recipe brings.
This was also the place that introduced me to popcorn chicken and barbecued chicken. I like eating the chicken burgers from Churches, but that’s about it as far as chicken from that place is concerned.
KFC will always be my number 1 place for good fried chicken.
