According to the DC Comics character of the same name, The Flash is a forthcoming superhero film in the United States. This next DC Extended Universe picture is being produced by Warner Bros. Pictures, The Disco Factory, and Double Dream and distributed by Warner Bros. (DCEU). Affleck, Keaton, Sasha Calle, Kiersey Clemons, Maribel Verd, and Ron Livingston also appear. To prevent his mother’s murder, Allen goes back in time, but it has unforeseen effects.
Multiple authors and directors have been connected to the project since 2004, and it is expected to be completed in 2014. With Miller recast in the title role, it was later rebuilt as a part of DC’s Extended Universe (DCEU). Several filmmakers were involved in the film’s production throughout time, but many of them left due to artistic disagreements, including Seth Grahame-Smith, Rick Famuyiwa, John Francis Daley, and Jonathan Goldstein. It was announced that Muschietti and Hodson will be joining the picture in July 2019, and pre-production started in January 2020. In the comic book narrative Flashpoint, Affleck and Keaton play alternate versions of Batman. Filming at Warner Bros. Studios in Leavesden, England, started in April 2021.
WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT:
Comic book publisher DC stated that The Flash movie will follow a “Flashpoint” plot, based on the comic book crossover event in 2011, and was very popular.
A butterfly effect/chaos theory changes Barry’s destiny even if he succeeds in averting the murder of his mother. There isn’t much information on how the movie version will vary or what kind of time travel antics will be included. Still, we know that perhaps the Dark Knight will have a major role in the production at the very bare minimum.
