I know that some of you are hardwired to hate this film right from the start – and man, I cannot blame you – but tell me that the bits of footage in this teaser of the teaser trailer for Terminator Salvation don’t look just… right. McG, whatever else you think of him, seems to have captured the aesthetic of the few moments of the future war that we’ve seen in Cameron’s films. Whatever else it is, Terminator Salvation should look great.
The video below is simply a glimpse at the teaser, which Entertainment Tonight premieres next week. I do hope that the “CHRISTIAN BALE… FACE TO FACE… WITH THE TERMINATOR” shit is just for ET. If not, this will be going down in history as among the worst bits of trailer captioning in history.
