There it is, the new version of the good old USS Enterprise as envisioned by JJ Abrams and his design team. It’s pretty much the Enterprise, completely recognizable as such, but with some changes that I don’t really think add much or detract, either. The nacelles seem to have been redesigned just to redesign them, for instance.
We should be seeing this sucker in action this weekend, when the Star Trek trailer debuts in front of Quantum of Solace. It’ll be on the internet on Monday.
