Apparently the erstwhile-Karen Sisco is no longer content with simply torturing mainstream menfolk and is looking to make the move into torturing semi-porn menfolk instead.
Coming off recent stints in Watchmen, Race To Witch Mountain and most recently, Righteous Kill, Ms. Gugino is next set to appear in the forthcoming Every Day alongside Liev Schreiber and Helen Hunt. Produced by Miranda Bailey and Matthew Leutwyler through their Ambush Entertainment (The Squid and the Whale) shingle.
Schreiber plays a dissatisfied writer of a semi-pornographic TV show (e.g. Zoey 101), with Hunt co-starring as his equally dissatisfied wife. The rough patch they have in their marriage turns into an all-out sinkhole when Schreiber is propositioned by a sexy colleague, played by Gugino. Richard Levine, who has experience shooting things cut to shreds on Nip/Tuck has written the script and will make his feature film directorial debut.
