According to Steve Weintraub at Collider, the first trailer for Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice will be attached to Mad Max: Fury Road, which is nice, I guess.
Hey, I don’t mean to shit on BVSDOJ, I’m just waiting to see footage from the flick to actually start building an opinion. I know that’s boring, but I really didn’t like Man of Steel and I’d like to give this pseudo-sequel a fair shot. It’s a smart business decision to attach a trailer for one of the most highly anticipated mash-up movies ever made to a new R-rated installment in a long dormant franchise that won’t be doing as much business as this summer’s PG-13 tentpoles.
I’ve already said it today, but Mad Max: Fury Road hits May 15. You know where to be.
Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice arrives March 25 of next year, which is nice, I guess.
