Man, I love Paul Walker. I was on the set of Fast & Furious (aka The Fast & The Furious 4), and he talked pretty openly about his rationale for doing this sequel: to keep his name on marquees so that he could get more films made with Wayne Kramer. I love that honesty.
The trailer for the film has debuted, and it’s embedded below. In days of high gas prices, this movie takes on the patina of porn more than the previous entries, perhaps. And maybe that’s the whole point – pretty people in pretty cars.
By the way, the first minute of this trailer is fucking awesome.
