I can’t stop being fascinated with Oliver Stone’s W. Every still, every piece of news, every poster that comes out for this oddity only adds power to the black hole Stone has created. I’m sucked right in. That was before the trailer, which hardened my curiosity into an epoxy shell. I’ll not be deterred from seeing this film, not by anything.
Now AICN has an exclusive look at the new teaser poster, and it just continues the streak. The image of George W. Bush as a manufactured political persona is fantastic. Gives you a real idea what Stone is going for with the film while managing to downplay Josh Brolin’s total lack of resemblance to W.
