The soundtrack for Pineapple Express has a MySpace page, where the long-awaited Huey Lewis title track for the film has debuted. It’s like we’re going Back In Time – the song is vintage 80s Huey (although I don’t think he would have included the deep lung coughing twenty years ago), perefctly complementing the movie’s 80s action-comedy aesthetic. It’s a thing of beauty!

There’s more than just Huey Lewis there – right now I’m jamming out to some vintage Public Enemy – including a bit of Graeme Revell’s score. I think you’ll like that bit as well, since it’s also got a perfect 80s action movie vibe without being a parody.
