Don’t get too excited about this one yet because he’s got another seventeen movies to make first, but Guillermo del Toro has talked up a potential version of Frankenstein to MTV.
In short, he’d still love to do it, he thinks he’s got a take on the material that’s both different and suited to a feature film (instead of a mini-series sized literal adaptation) and while he started taking notes before the strike, he’ll only do sketches until the WGA conflict is resolved.
