http://chud.com/nextraimages/juno_ver2.jpgEveryone I know who has seen Juno [Russ’s Review] say it’s a very special movie. Unanimously. That some of these folks aren’t big fans of Jason Reitman’s excellent Thank You for Smoking scares me a little but not enough not to have any lack of faith with the filmmaker’s follow-up. A great cast [though the decision to have Michael Cera on the poster has to be post-Superbad marketing as he’s not one of the main leads I believe], sharp filmmaking, and what is apparently a career making performance from proigious Ellen Page is all the reasoning you need to hop on board this train.

Folks in the four cities below have a crack at passes for this must-see [one of the last in a really strong year] and I’ll make it really easy for you. Only ONE question, but it’s an important one. And for the love of Abraham Benrubi, please include your mailing address!

Q: What was the first film that taught you that independent films are a very special way to discover new talent and expand your idea of what film could be? Feel free to be pretentious!
