Yet another casting announcement for Machete Kills which continues to be coming together very quickly.
Apparently in an interview, the man himself, Danny Trejo let slip that Zoe Saldana will be in the film. No word on who she’s playing, other than he’s going to get to make out with her, which continues to make him one of the luckiest guys out there.
I’m hoping her role isn’t just some walk on cameo, and it’s at least a good sized supporting role. Especially given the fact that with Robert Rodriguez, a person can film for only a couple of days, and have a pretty sizable supporting role, or even a lead role.*
*It’s been said that Johnny Depp, who is essentially the lead in Once Upon A Time In Mexico, only worked on the film for 2 weeks.
