Way back in 2003 word floated onto the internets of an intriguing sounding Finnish horror-comedy short called Rare Exports, Inc,

about some hunters trying to capture a vicious Santa Claus. I never
bothered trying to track it down, then I forgot all about it.
Now, lo and behold, the film’s writer/director Jalmari Helander has gone
and expanded his
short into a feature: Rare Exports, or Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale, depending on where you live.

Quoth the film’s Facebook page: In the depths of the Korvatunturi mountains, 486 metres deep, lies the
closest ever guarded secret of Christmas. The time has come to dig it
up!

This looks like it could be a lot of fun.
