I first caught Wat a Wonderful Day at the New York International Children’s Fest back in 2007. What the hell was I doing there? Besides scoping out some young tail I was there to see the Heebie Jeebie Shorts program, which showcased a bunch of fun horror shorts. Most of them were pretty tame and lighthearted, but this bizarre and simple little short made me laugh harder than all… especially considering how young the crowd was.
