I’ve been telling you guys about Violet & Daisy since late last year –when I called it a “perfect gnarly fairy tale”– and I’m pleased to see Cinedigm cut such a sharp and stylish trailer for the film. This is the same company toying with dubious torrent site promotion, but they seem to know what they have in this wacky little fairy tale from Geoffrey Fletcher. The posters have also been pretty eye-catching so far.
The film pits two young lady assassins against a supernaturally calm man in a strange crime story that has Saoirse Ronan, Alexis Bledel, and James Gandolfini creating an interesting, singular dynamic. I definitely encourage you to check it out when it hits theaters June 7th.
