Devin rightfully slammed this poster for Woody Allen’s Whatever Works for being about as boring as you can get, but the trailer is now here to give us hope. Check it out on the Apple’s trailers page.
Larry David and Woody Allen seem like such a natural fit that it’s amazing they’ve never done it before. Perhaps they were worried that a combination of the two most nebbish individuals in existence might create some sort of nebbish explosion that would consume the world. Thankfully nothing happened except this film, which looks pretty funny already, almost a throwback to his old work. Nice to see him back in NYC again as well.
The film kicked off the Tribeca Film Fest this year to rave reviews, and is set to hit theaters June 19th.
