I don’t know what I expected from the first look at footage from Guy Ritchie’s Sherlock Holmes, but I definitely wasn’t expecting it to look so very silly. Some of the footage in the trailer looks more like a wacky comedy than a real take on Holmes; think Love at First Bite or Zorro, the Gay Blade.
And the slo-mo fighting stuff… there’s still time for Ritchie to change that, right?
