I’d like this clip (which comes via Empire) from behind the scenes of The Expendables more if we saw more of Sylvester Stallone directing and less of him being mobbed by crowds. Because the little bit we do see of him running the set is, frankly, glorious. This isn’t a sensitive tale, and Stallone isn’t a touchy-feely director. He’s calling shots with a gun in his hand using language everyone can understand.
And evidently he likes planes. A lot. Maybe too much. That ain’t the SR-71, pal.
