Rajna Gosnell, the man who found cinematic immortality as the director of the live action Scooby Doo movie, is tackling the half CGI/half live action Smurfs movie next.
Okay. Whatever. Does anyone actually care about this? I mean, the director of Beverly Hills Chihuahua and Big Momma’s House is pretty much perfect for this sort of crap, right? I do wonder if somewhere there is a website where people are getting up in arms about the movie’s fidelity to the original mythology. Will these people be looking at early photos and becoming furious when it seems that Shanking Smurf is only two and three quarters apples high?
