I’ve been excited about Neil Marshall’s Centurion – one of two competing movies about the Roman IX Legion that disappeared in Britain – and the new trailer for the film confirms my suspicions. My suspicions being that this film will be totally fucking awesome. What I wasn’t expecting, though, was the epic sweep on display – the shot of the fireballs coming at the Legion is simply incredibly good, even in pixellated streaming format.
I can’t wait to see more of this. As in, the whole goddamned thing.
