As per usual, Microsoft is kicking off this year’s E3 with its press conference, one which details all its upcoming plans for the year. These things are sometimes entertaining, always silly, and frequently sad as you see a bunch of adults whooping and cheering and making game journalists look like a bunch of swell guys and gals. Regardless, there are always a few big announcements to be found and new games revealed, so it’s well worth checking out.

The show will air, Monday June 6th, at 12:30pm ET/9:30am PT. The main place to check it out would be on Spike TV, but if you don’t get the channel or are stuck at work there are a few options.

Spike.com will be playing the full hour and a half program.

Xbox.com/E3 will be carrying the feed, and likely be the best place.

Facebook will also be carrying the stream at facebook.com/xbox.

If your company or school frowns on you going to these sites, sneak off to the bathroom and use this cell phone feed at xbox.mobi/e3.

New Yorkers with nothing better to do can go to Times Square, where it will be playing on one of the screens.

For fun- E3s of years past!. Here’s my 2009 Keynote liveblog, and the Kinect announcement from last year. After Microsoft Sony will do their thing later on today (5:00 PM PDT, expect links later) which should be quite amusing, and Nintendo’s will be tomorrow at 9:00 AM PDT.
