The good news that Nic Cage has fallen out of The Green Hornet has only gotten better, as Nikki Finke is reporting that Christoph Waltz, the Oscar-bound baddie from Inglourious Basterds, has stepped into the villain role.
Not much is known about the villain except that his name is Chudnofsky (hey, what a familiar first four letters!), and I’m excited to see what Waltz does in collaboration with Michel Gondry and Seth Rogen. The Green Hornet has been morphing over the last year, and I really, really like where it’s ending up.
