Below you will find the teaser poster for Steven Spielberg’s next film, Munich, and I have to say that I hate the thing. What’s this film about? Well, if you didn’t have a clue you may very well think it’s about a dude who is going to kill himself in a German city. You would never imagine that it’s about the true story of Israel’s revenge on Palestinians for the athletes killed in the 1972 Olympics.
And as for the “Coming Soon”… how soon? Rumors persist that the film, which was shot under a similarly insanely quick schedule as War of the Worlds, is not cutting together in the editing room, and that Spielberg is running out of time to get the thing working. Is this true? Couldn’t tell you. But we’ll all know within a few weeks, as Universal is going to need to announce if this thing is getting moved.
