Upon seeing the first official photo for James Cameron’s hotly anticipated Avatar, which shows Sam Worthington’s Jake Sully looking wondrously at one of the Na’Vi, I got the odd question pop into my head of whether or not he? / she? likes rotten eggs and classic literature for some reason.
Oh well, TheFilmStage has the entire snap up on their site, which will also reportedly be in next week’s issue of Entertainment Weekly. I’m liking what I’m seeing so far, or at least, what Fox is allowing us to see so far. In fact, it’s my new computer wallpaper. Hopefully there won’t be a SWAT team of studio execs busting in and making me change it back to Zapotec or Vortec Space.
Avatar premieres in the U.S. on December 18th.
