Here’s a brand new trailer for Silent Hill 3D: Revelation, a film that comes out on October 26th of this year. Not the most effective bit of promotional material, (especially after watching this) but the original film is not without a small but vocal fanbase. So perhaps the audience for this is built-in.
The sequel’s based on Silent Hill 3, a game that sees Heather Mason (played by Adelaide Clemens in the film) unraveling a cult’s plan to use her womb to spawn their god. It goes without saying that she’s not down. The thing I take away from this trailer, aside from it looking like a window into Jodorowsky’s dreams, is how much Adelaide Clemens looks like Michelle Williams. She could have subbed on the Creek and none of us would have been the wiser:
