“So why don’t you do what old men do… and die.”
There’s nothing I love more than a heady science-fiction film. If early word creeping out is to be believed, Rian Johnson’s Looper is exactly that. Moreso than any of the trailers, this scene provides insight into how Joseph Gordon-Levitt is approaching his young Bruce Willis. The make-up helps, but it’s that trademark-Willis inflection in JGL’s modified voice that really sells it. September 28th can’t come soon enough:
