“From the mind behind the mega-hit Syfy show you’ve probably never heard of (EUREKA) comes a tribute to all those no-budget Syfy original movies and the “so bad, they’re good” films that inspired them. Move over Roger Corman, step back Ed Wood, make way on your weekend programming schedule Mr. Stern, because here comes Andrew Cosby’s 365 DAYS OF SCI-FI.
And it’s all happening here! Each day, your friends at CHUD will bring you a brand new bad movie pitch — the best of the worst title Cosby can come up with, no matter where he’s at or what he’s doing, rain or shine, drunk or sober. That’s a whole year of the quality concepts you’ve come to expect from the network that brought you MANSQUITO and SHARKTOPUS.”
And now… DAY TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY-THREE:
“Between the title and the tag line, this next one has to go on the list of all time worst puns ever.”
– Andy Cosby (Twitter)
“Miraculous Feet.”
COMA TOES: When a woman is viciously attacked and left for dead, another victim in a string of recent serial murders, she somehow manages to survive and ends up in a coma at the local hospital. Due to the extensive brain damage, the doctors inform her husband that she’ll likely remain in a vegetative state and that perhaps he should consider pulling the plug. But when her toes begin to move, it’s her husband who figures out she’s trying to tell them something – and that something turns out to be Morse Code miraculously detailing murders that have yet to occur, details that ultimately lead the police to the killer. After his capture, the woman wakes from her coma having no memory of the attack or subsequent events.
Nick Says: With his foot fetish, Tarantino would jump on this. And probably find a way to make it interesting.
