SCREENING: THE DEVIL’S REJECTS

That horrid joke was for one reader in particular, but for the rest of you out there just know that the Dragula racer himself is back behind the lens and he’s brought Ken GODDAMN Foree (Devin’s interview in a few days) with him. The Devil’s Rejects is the follow-up/continuation of Zombie’s House of 1,000 Corpses and it features some of the original cast members as well as turkey shoot survivor Steve "I Survived Lifeforce" Railsback.

The first film had an aura around it, one of a film too disturbing to watch. It didn’t live up to the hype, though I found more to like than many of my contemporaries. This one looks more genuine. More grisly.

Did I mention that it had Ken Foree?

If you live in one of the four cities below and would like to be among the first to see this horror opus, simply send in a SASE (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope, that means an empty one inside the envelope you send, rocket science it ain’t) and make sure that it says on the envelope that THE DEVIL REJECTS ATLANTA if you’re wanting to see it there and if not please specify the city you’re seeing it in.

Note to people outside of Atlanta: PLEASE tell me which city you want to see it in. Often, someone who lives in Tennessee or North Carolina will send a SASE but I’ll have no clue if it’s for Raleigh or Memphis or Charlotte or Nashville. I’m not bright like that. Gimme a hand, please!
