Just a quick mention about an interesting bit of cross-promotion Marvel and parent company Disney are doing in preparation for the upcoming Tron Legacy, which opens op December 17th. Marvel is doing Tron-inspired variant covers of a collection of their superheroes, Including Spidey, Cap, Thor, Shellhead, Ghost Rider and Moon Knight among a few others. On a side note, is it me or is Ms. Marvel wearing leopard underwear on the outside of her Tronsuit? And Spider-Woman’s Tronboobs ain’t looking bad.

In anticipation of Walt Disney Pictures’ 3D high-tech adventure, TRON: LEGACY, in theaters on Dec. 17, 2010 — Marvel Comics is proud to announce variant covers celebrating the film.
