This past Thursday I signed my contract to continue working at the school that I’m at. I’m very happy with that. My last job laid me off because of budget cuts, but this time around where I’m at, there weren’t any need for budget cuts, and since they liked how I operate, they decided to offer me a contract. During this recession, everyone sweats at least a little over their job. Especially since we all always have bills to pay. I’m glad that they decided to offer me a contract for next year, and I will once again be giving my all to show them that it was a good decision to keep me on.
A few days ago, I decided to join Netflix. I had been hesitant about it, since I mostly purchase movies, but I’ve been needing to cut back on spending, and Netflix seems like the perfect choice for this. I’ve already had my jaw dropped to the floor for the past few days, while scrolling through their Instant Watch list.
I signed up for the 1 dvd out at a time option since I still purchase quite a few movies, and my pile is small, but it wouldn’t help to have more movies coming in, even if I can keep them for as long as possible. I think I may just stay on with Netflix past the month free trial. I’m just having WAY too much fun with it.
