28 Weeks Later director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo has just signed onto the horror thriller, The Intruders, according to ComingSoon. Written
by Jaime Marques and Nico Casariego, the film centers on an 11-year-old
girl who is forced to confront childhood demons. Clive Owen and Daniel Bruhl are starring.
Fresnadillo is also readying a couple of other films, including BioShock and a remake of X: The Man With The X-Ray Eyes. Fresnadillo’s debut feature was 2002’s Intacto. Shooting is set to begin on The Intruders in London and Madrid in June.
