Punch-Out!! is very nearly here, but those of you in NYC have a chance to get to play it before anyone.
On Saturday May 16th from 1 to 4pm, the Nintendo World Store will host a 32-player Punch-Out!! tournament. Two people at a time will face off in an elimination competition, and
the winner will walk away with a World Video Boxing Association trophy,
as well as a free copy of the game before it even hits stores, a Little
Mac training sweatshirt and some other swag. There are no details on how to enter so it might be locked in already, but everyone who attends will there will get the chance to play the game for themselves or play the previous Punch-Out!! games via the Virtual Console. There will also be a DJ spinning some music as well as a ton of Nintendo-related giveaways.
